Flight Information
There are two airport options when traveling to Carlsbad. Please keep in mind the location of the conference and select which option is best for you. At this time, the Not For Sale Campaign is not providing or organizing transportation between airports, hotels, or the conference location. Be sure to allow enough time to check-in and out at your hotel before and after the conference. For conference times and most updated agenda, please visit the Program page.
Option 1:
Carlsbad/McClellan-Palomar Airport (CLD)

The Carlsbad/McClellan-Palomar Airport is conveniently located within a few miles of the conference location and recommended hotels. However, only one major airline (United) flies directly to and from this airport which can result in higher fares. Transportation between CLD and your hotel may be available so please be sure to ask when you make your reservation. (See hotel information below)

San Diego International Airport (SAN)

The San Diego International Airport is located about 30 miles south of Carlsbad. There are a few ground transportation options available:
Ground Transportation between San Diego and Carlsbad

Free transportation to and from Carlsbad/McClellan-Palomar airport upon request provided by both Courtyard-Carlsbad and Residence Inn-Carlsbad.
